Yes. The Free plan is intentionally limited to 1 project, 1 internal user, and 2 guests per project, with no AI assistant or AI planning, so it stays useful without replacing a full operational setup.
Is AI included in paid plans?
Yes. AI triage and AI planning are included in Pro, Growth, and Enterprise under fair use. If an account exceeds reasonable limits we may throttle the feature temporarily or arrange a custom plan.
What happens if I need more capacity?
You can add capacity without changing plans. Additional projects cost $5 each and additional internal users cost $5 each.
When should I move to Growth or Enterprise?
