Can I start for free?
Yes. Free is free forever and requires no card. It includes 1 project, 1 internal user, and 2 guest reviewers per project, with no AI assistant or AI planning. You can also try Starter, Pro or Growth free for 7 days without a card.
Is AI included in paid plans?
Trials include 500 AI credits total for the organization, with no refill on extensions. On paid plans, Starter includes 1,000 AI credits per organization each month; Pro includes 3,000; Growth includes 10,000. They reset each calendar month (UTC), including on annual plans, and do not roll over. Credit usage varies with the processing each task needs. You can buy 5,000 additional credits as a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Purchased credits do not expire while your account and OkFlow remain available.
What happens if I need more capacity?
On Free, upgrade to a paid plan first. On Starter, Pro or Growth, add extra projects or internal users at the prices shown above. Add-ons follow your plan’s billing cycle and do not receive the annual plan discount.
When should I move to Growth?
Growth includes 50 projects, 25 internal users and 50 GB of storage. All paid plans include unlimited guest reviewers.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Choose Annual above to see the full yearly charge. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10 on the base plan. Add-ons follow the annual billing cycle. Charges are in USD; final taxes and total are confirmed at checkout.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Choose Starter, Pro or Growth for a 7-day trial with no card and no automatic charges. Starter includes 2 internal users and 3 projects; Pro includes 10 users and 10 projects; Growth includes 25 users and 50 projects. Each trial includes unlimited guest reviewers and one shared pool of 500 AI credits total. The paid plan’s monthly AI allowance starts only with a paid subscription.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your organization’s owner or admin sees a popup to choose a paid plan or continue on Free without deleting your work. Nothing is charged automatically. Free plan limits apply if you continue on Free.
What if payments are not available yet?
Your trial access is automatically extended while payments are unavailable. When payments become available, existing trials get 7 days to choose a paid plan or continue on Free. Extensions do not add or refill AI credits; the trial allowance remains 500 credits total.
