Does the extension work on password-protected staging environments?
Yes. The extension injects into the tab directly, not via an iframe, so it works on any site you can load in your browser, including staging behind auth.
What permissions does the extension request?
Only activeTab and storage. The extension activates only when you trigger it. It never reads passwords, cookies, or tokens. The manifest is open-source and reviewable.
Is the extension free?
Yes. The extension is included with every OkFlow plan, including Free. Clients and reviewers can use a share link without installing anything.
Can IT restrict which domains the extension activates on?
Yes. Per-workspace domain allowlists are available for IT governance. Contact our team to configure them for your organization.
