Contracts, briefs, proposals. Without another tab.
OkFlow ships with a full document editor backed by the same engine your favorite writing apps use. Import PDF or DOCX, place signature fields, and keep the file next to the work it relates to.
A real editor, not a placeholder.
Pro editor
Headings, tables, lists, code blocks, images, and embeds. Built for real work, not a notes scratchpad.
PDF and DOCX import
Drop in a PDF or DOCX and keep your formatting. Headings, lists, tables, and images come across intact.
Templates and variables
Save reusable templates with variable fields. Generate documents from a form response or a task in two clicks.
Signatures with audit trail
Place signature fields, send for signing, and get back a signed PDF with a tamper-evident audit log.
Write like you mean it.
OkFlow's document editor is the kind of writing surface you can ship a contract from. Drop in tables, lists, images, and embeds. Format text without fighting the toolbar. The same engine powers professional legal and writing apps.
- โ Headings, lists, tables, blockquotes, code blocks
- โ Drag in images and have them load with the document
- โ Variables you can fill from forms or tasks
- โ Autosave so you never lose a draft
Legacy files, no rebuild.
Already have a contract template in Word, or a brief in PDF? Drop the file into OkFlow and pick up where the original left off. The importer keeps headings, lists, tables, and inline images instead of dumping a wall of plain text.
- โ PDF import that preserves structure
- โ DOCX import with formatting intact
- โ Edit the imported file like any native OkFlow document
- โ Export back to PDF or DOCX when you need to send a copy
From draft to executed in OkFlow.
Add signers, drag signature fields onto the document, send the request, and track who has signed. No bouncing between an editor, an e-signature vendor, and a folder of PDFs.
- โ Add recipients with signer, approver, or carbon-copy roles
- โ Place signature, initials, date, and text fields anywhere
- โ Status visible at a glance: draft, sent, partially signed, completed
- โ Signed PDF stored with a tamper-evident audit trail
Documents work alongside {serif:everything else}.
How documents work.
Can I edit a PDF I already have?
Yes. Drop the PDF into OkFlow and the importer converts it into an editable document while keeping the original structure. You can edit, add signature fields, and re-export.
Are signatures legally binding?
OkFlow uses a tamper-evident audit trail and IP / timestamp / authenticated user records. Whether a given signature is legally binding in your jurisdiction depends on local law and the contract type. Consult counsel for high-stakes use.
Can I use my own templates?
Yes. Any document can be saved as a template, with named variables that get filled at generation time. Templates are shared across your workspace.
Where are the files stored?
Inside your OkFlow project, encrypted at rest. Signed PDFs are immutable and stored separately from working drafts so you always have a clean copy of the executed version.
Stop bouncing between Word, PDF tools, and your project board.
OkFlow keeps documents next to the tasks they affect.
