How guest review works.

Do guests need to create an OkFlow account?

No. Guests open the share link, optionally enter a password, and can immediately start commenting. No account creation, no email verification.

Can I control what guests are allowed to do?

Yes. Each share link can be set to view-only or comment-enabled. You can also restrict guests from seeing other reviewers' comments until you choose to show them.

How do I stop a link from working?

You can revoke any share link instantly from the workspace. You can also set an expiry date so the link deactivates automatically on a specific date.

Can I see which clients have reviewed and which have not?

Yes. The share link activity panel shows when each recipient last opened the link, how many comments they left, and whether they have any unresolved threads.
