What file types does OkFlow support?

Can I annotate multiple pages of a PDF?
Yes. OkFlow renders each PDF page and lets you navigate between pages. Pins attach to specific page coordinates.
Can clients annotate files without an account?
Yes. Share links work the same for file reviews as for website reviews. Guests can view and comment without creating a workspace account.
How large can uploaded files be?
Up to 50 MB per file on all plans. Large video files are transcoded for smooth in-browser playback.
